oh, the 12-year old was their neighbor, the boy came to their house and raped the little girl. The family of the girl are now filing a complaint against the boy. Right now, the 3-year old girl is taking therapy sessions due to trauma of what happened.

For an hour and a half I refrained from reading this thread in class because I was certain it would be headed by an incredibly inappropriate 2d illustration meant to depict a set of circumstances similar to those described in the article.

I'm a filipino and I can translate it for you guys but there really isn't anything else much said there but the prosecution and finding of the family of the 12 year old (which is a close neighbor) that vanished after the incident.
So pretty much as the title says... 12 year old > raped 3 year old and the 3 year old girl is the one that said that she was raped.
P.S.
