Daw well thanks and yeah it's still the same and the muscle is keeping things where they need to be but weight is a slippery slope especially the older you get and I don't want to be overweight. I would be happy with 125.

If I look down I can't see my feet nor my dick, but do you know what, idc! Yes I am proud of my big fat belly

  5. I'm a bit overweight, so I'm going to lose 55 pounds. In about 56 1/2 months hopefully.

I'm 5'4 and I weighed myself and I am 140lbs. It's like....crippling me. I work out really hard so I try to delude myself into thinking a lot of it's muscle but I do love cooking and eating...soo...it's sad T_T

I think buying a scale would help me own up to being a turd with what I eat.

    I'll trade

  10. I've gotten really into working out over the past couple of months. Currently I follow Lee Labrada's 12 week program mixed in with tips from my personal trainer. In six weeks or so I'll be able to post a before and after pic.

  12. Been trying to do one-handed pushups again. Got to 10 each side but they take a toll on the back not to mention the extreme fatigue.

  13. I did 25 body weight squats today. I lost my balance and fell back once...

  14. The same thing happened to me when I was doing single-leg squats.

    Shit's hard.

Hey, not bad! I usually get a solid chair when I do those so I have something to grab toward the end.

Is there terminology for those push-ups that are done upside down. Akin to the opposite of a military press, while resting against a wall?

Thanks, Kudi! I've been calling them vertical push-ups and that seems acceptable as well.

Thanks and that's actually a pretty good idea.
