My goal on the wii fit is 28.63. I make small goals on the wii fit. My ultimate goal around 24BMI around 180lbs.

I try to workout routeinly after work, but it can tiring at timez. Watching 300 rise of an empire n theaters has sparked my spirir though. Gonna get fit like a spartan!!!

My BMI is exactly 21... for years after being below 18.

Wii Fit as well as workout instruction videos aimed at women often include press-ups alternated with raising one arm towards the ceiling. What's the arm raising exercise for? It doesn't feel like it takes any exertion.
