  1. Riding my bike to work each day, chicken teriyaki and veggies for dinner every day, ride bike to gym, special K or smoothie for breakfast, lots of dancing, turkey sandwich on whole wheat for lunch for the next few days.

    I remember how bad my biceps would hurt after intense Kenjutsu training. One time it was so bad that I couldn't even lift my fork to my mouth for a whole day... I looked like a jackass trying to awkwardly slide food toward my face and hoping to not make a mess when that happened. >_<

    Delayed onset muscle soreness isn't caused by the workout being too intense: it's caused by you being too out of shape. Know the difference!
