    I've started going on 1 mile runs every day in addition to kendo once a week because the doctor says that my heart is too weak and my blood pressure is too low. I've been running in the evenings when it gets a bit cooler outside, but I wonder if it's healthier to run in the mornings?

    I once got some advice from someone Training for Iron man (so i can say this info is pretty reliable). When it comes to training, you either want to do it incredibly late at night (after 10) or very early in the morning (after 4 AM). So depending on the time and actually what you eat it can be healthier (in terms of weight loss) to run at different times of the day.

    I don't have time to work out before work, so I have to work out after work- before I go to bed. I would change my sleeping schedule, but that's unpossible for someone who's been a part time insomniac his entire life. I wanna get into swimming, but the only place I can go to is that nasty ass lake water- that shit hasn't been clean in a long time. It wouldn't bother me too much if I still lived in Bayport, or I had more days off work, but I can't make the time to swim.

  5. 2.25 mile jog on top of 4.25 mile hike followed by 3x, sometimes 4x, of 30 pushups, 10 pullups and 50 situps. Once every 4 days.

    I love how I don't have that issue... because processed foods or not I actually would have to try to get fat.
    As previously mentioned I do exercise when I feel like it... Otherwise I would probably get a big fatter than I am. :P
