  1. For those of us who have a workout regimine.
    Not all of us fit the stereotype of the overweight otaku. Since some of us are still quite young/youthful. But some of us are a little plump in places & for reasons of our own making - we aren't as active or proactive to do something about these, uh "handles".
    But there are others, some of whom are older or once were kind of chubby here and there, who have taken an active role about doing something about it,... instead of neglecting or ignoring it.
    Because we are responsible for our own selves anyone can say something about it, but only we as individuals can do anything about it, its our choice.

    What do you do to keep trim, what is your routines. What is your methods of keeping a trim sexy figure?
    What bad things to you try to avoid?
    What is your favorite combination of excersises, rep limits/sets, & other activities to stay fit?
    Where do you workout most, a gym or at home?

    Also, feel free to post your before and after pics of the sexier you.

  6. For my legs:

    On an Exercise bike
    - 10 minutes on Fat burn
    - 10 minutes on Cardio
    - 5 minutes on Hill

    For my upper body it changes daily as to work out different parts, but in general I do four sets on four different machines, then when I go home I do 20 reps on free weights and If I can 10 push ups.

    I'm training daily at a local gym and for the most part this routine is working as I'm gaining muscle, and by proxy stretch marks associated with rapid muscle growth.

  10. I dance, but dancing is a core work out, so there are occasionally places that you can't slim down on just by dancing. For me it's lower abs and my thighs so I gotta do crunches and leg raises few times a week ~_~

  12. My weight havent changed in the past...6 years (or more but i dont remember what was my weight ) no matter what and how much I eat... so i dont workout... dont need it... time for some cookies :)

    I walk ca. 5km everyday on work and lift ca. 20 tonnes once a week.
    My slaves do this everyday.
    I guess, that´s more than enough.

    Doesn't seem to matter to weight loss though. Oh well, I don't think I was sexy 30 years ago when I was 20 all the same hehe.
