It's a flash and it has sound/animation, some people really dislike this kind of thing so I thought I'd clear that up.

Unsuspecting people might not know about the pop-up and the fact that while it has pictures, it has an animated one that appears considering the initial instructions are "scroll down" and "volume up" from what other sites I searched about this.

I mean, it's obviously scary, it's supposed to have a plot, a dark plot (and a dark scenario, which was enough since I don't really read Korean). Of course normal "screamers" are a lot worse, after all they are sudden and unexpected.
It's not about being scary or not, it's about being a good level of scary for a fitting story. Nothing wrong in being scared, I don't think anyone is "shitting" you.
If you say "THERE IS NO WAY THIS IS SCARY!" then you're being aggressive and calling everyone that got frightened an idiot, there are better ways to let others know you didn't get scared, ways that aren't really offensive.

Well, this thread wasn't built to be remarkable, it was built by someone that felt "cheated" by the website and decided to prank others to feel less stupid.
The way he wrote clearly makes it seem even more "evil" and aggressive, he really tried pushing the blame onto 4chan for bringing it here, he only casually reminds you of the sound and he never tells you it's creepy or anything.
So, yeah. You can be offensive towards the OP, he is a faggot.
