So yeah do any of you have atime of year where it seems you just get shitty ass luck. For me it seems to be this time of year. I mean My sis comes up and loses her alternate place to stay my tales of the abyss order gets reschedules 3-4 items i've ordered lately get backlogged or sold out RIGHT as i order them and so on. But yeah similar things happened around this time last year(and by similar i mean bad luck) and i was wondering if this happens to anyone else on here?

Nope, I seem to have random good fortune at all manner of times in the year.
There ARE times of the year I just don't like of course. The worst being the run up to that fucking stupid commercial expense known as the artificial birthday celebration of the dead hebrew.

Well as for seaons i LIKE it would be winter and fall dark dank and cold perfect walking weather especially at night. I hate sunlight and hot places so those are my favorite seasons.

Stuff seems to screw up for me in the summer.

I have amazingly, insanely good luck during October and November, though. Nothing goes wrong for me then. It peaks around October 31st (my birthday).

Hmm Sorrior and I have that one thing in common. I like winter and like walking in it at night. My Scottish blood also doesn't mind damp climates.
Sunlight and me don't play well. It makes me vulnerable to migraines.

I know it's always coincidental, but I have bad luck on Friday the 13th. I don't believe in superstitions, but I happen to have really bad luck on that day.
Something bad always happens. It may be psychological though; like bad stuff happen everyday, but I just notice it on Ft13th since I'm conscious about it.

read somewhere that luck varies with the amount of energy you have. Wonder if its true...I seem to have crappy luck on the days when I don't have enough sleep

It all boils down to how the mind works. (energy/positive outlook/a strong mind/etc.)
This documentary called "The Secret"(i think) explains all about it. How the mind is connected with the world. How things will happen if you believe it will happen. But explained scientifically. Was really interesting.
Pretty much like Feng Shui. In Fen Shui's case though, it's just common sense. Keeping a broken mirror is bad luck(because you could cut yourself later on), walking under a ladder is bad luck(because something might fall on you), uneven flooring in your house is bad luck(because you could trip), and other stuff like that.

So yeah wouldn't be surprised at all. Still trying to get back to that state.

I try not to dwell on bad things that happen during any time of year.
The best course of action for me would be to figure out what can be done to make it better if and at all possible, or let it go completely if it's a lost cause.
The important thing is to always move forward, since the world doesn't stop for anyone.

LOL yeah i know just try living with my sis for half a day and you'll see how that can be very difficult.

Relatives are always a pain.
I have a few horror stories of my own in that department, but like I said, I don't dwell on them too much.
Can't live with them, can't live without them. Best rationale to take, at least in my case.

I seem to have pretty good luck most of the time. However, there's a lot of people in my life who have terrible luck, which usually ends up causing me problems.

January and February are usually shitty months.
Really I despise that time of year Christmas is over and all that's left is the depressing darkness of a perpetually overcast sky and cold that can freeze the balls off a brass monkey.
Everything is just gray and white and you feel like ripping someone's spleen out and or cut your wrists just to see some color.
