On the EU servers and I look like something from Saint Seiya Gold Saints >.<
Oh well old screenshot from yday, I dyed it green now <3. Playing on my lovely desktop can crank up the settings to err the 2nd highest or something, can't even remember. It's the resolution that's playing me parts though. If I were to play at mere 1920x1080 (Full HD) I'm sure I could max out the settings but yeah.. not gonna play on a non-native resolution.
PS, just to make you guys start saving up for a new videocard/laptop/whatever ;)

Maybe it's just me, but i see no point in playing this game if pc spec can't support the graphic. I understand if its WoW, but this is the kind of game that shouldnt compromise the quality for the sake of gameplay.

My laptop does auto settibg 4 while desktop is 5 what about you guys. Oh and 38 now.

Well cranked up the settings to their fullest.. didn't see any difference tbh. Place below is gorgeous though, awesome lighting, three leaves waving in the wind, the moving water.. it's like the futuremark forest benchmark made love to WoW's ashenvale.
Think the area was called heartwood. It's somewhere on the western continent at least :P

grrr... I can't play except on my laptop since the power supply burned out on my desktop. Gotta wait for RMA on that before I can get it looking proper again (laptop only has an ancient Nvidia 9600).
Anyway...

Oh right, I'm on the Velika (EU) server. Not posting any other info in public places though :P.

I bumped up my graphics a bit. Having my graphics set higher in the beta was butchering my frame rate, but it doesn't seem to be an issue anymore.

I went to a Japanese blog just the other day and they were discussing why Monster Hunter wasn't a hit with the West. Someone brought up 'no lock-on' as one of the reasons.
And Tera has been sitting its ass on top 10 most talked about PC games on Gamefaqs forums for a looooooooong while now.
Or is it just because Capcom's too stupid to release a true Monster Hunter sequel on PS3/X360 in the US?
As for Tera itself, I'll be giving it a 2-month run once it arrives here. The lowest settings sure reminded me of the early days of PS2, lol, but I'll be running it at low res and minimal model detail. Don't care much about the environment.
