I was a fair sized baby, 8.5lbs, but I didn't gain much weight and became seriously anemic and nearly died when I was several months old. Ever since then, I have followed the growth chart bell curve perfectly.
...just 30+ pounds underneath it. Exact same shape as the normal curve, though. The doctors found that very interesting. Didn't know what it meant, but they found it interesting, anyway.

I am average, strength wise, so they came to the conclusion that while I have close to average muscle content, but I just don't store any fat. The only way I gain weight is through muscle mass.

You should eat meat and do some workout. Even after not doing any working out for 3 years(and spending one in bed as a hikki), my muscle's szie was more than double of yours. This way you look really anorectic.

But I'm extremely worried that your musculature is considered close to average. Do you live in an area where everyone does Crossfit?

I think they're saying your body is at the same shape and measurements of an average person however it is 30 lbs. less and therefore your organs or some other factor in your body is compensating for the lack of mass that would have been provided by having that extra 30 lbs.

Yeah, I have to eat meat, or I would probably die. Easily digested protein is about the only thing that keeps weight on me. Not by coincidence, some of my first words were "more meat!"
You probably had some fat, too, though. I'm being pretty literal when I say I don't store any fat.
Plus, I'm pretty sure my testosterone was low through puberty (as evidenced by the short torso, long legs, long fingers, long arms), so I developed stringy muscle, not bulky muscle.

The build isn't average, not by a long shot, but the strength is average. 150lbs bench, 200lbs+ squats (maybe up to 250lbs, but I only had 200lbs of weights), 25 - 30lbs curls, etc... all decently average for a guy who gets only light exercise and sits at his desk all day.
