YOU SO MOE. Is that Touhou? The appliqué on the apron looks like it was hell, and the ruffles are so perfect! Is that an underskirt? I'm always too lazy and cheap to make one and just end up stitching it to the top one and wearing a petti under.@Gantz

I used to do the same with underskirts, but when I cosplayed Hina I decided to make one, since it would be useful for many Touhou characters. It was hell, but now when I need one, OH, it's done! :Bc
