      Damn. I was really getting into that show, with it's Zetsubou-flavor and Toradora/Ano Natsu styled Bishoujo....

      But granted, whilst reading the subs and listening to the Japanese to the best of my abilities (meaning not much), It does not seem like an easy show to translate, considering how much wordplay it uses (I guess Kumeta is just very fond of wordplay).

      This was the first thing - that bothered me - when I saw K-On! the first time.

      But, I soon overcame that trivial item pretty quickly....

      Well, I suppose it's close to normal in Asia.

      But their legs and feet are so small that they look freakish to Westerners.

      Ahh ok, that explains. Im from Asia, maybe thats why. But compared to other anime are they still consider small? o.O Cus I cant really see much diff lol.

      I think they're still a little bit small even by anime standards. But maybe they're only freakishly small if you think that average anime characters already have small legs and feet.

      I just finished Sakamichi No Apollon, I loved it! The story was great, the music was great, and the animation was great. I enjoyed this series tremendously.

      I really liked the end, I thought it was funny that they briefly included the train otaku 8 years later (who of course was working at a train station) when Kaoru was running to catch the train after seeing the pic. I'm sure he would've lost his shit if he had seen Kaoru, but alas a far more important reunion was looming.

      Its rare when I get to watch two series that I enjoy so much and become keeps (Usagi Drop and now Sakamichi No Apollon) back to back.

      Now then, I still have enough beer so I'll watch From Up On Poppy Hill.

      I watched the first episode today because of the song you posted. The music, the atmosphere, and the 1960s setting are all great. I can already tell I'm going to love it. Thank you.

      If you don't mind, I think I'll wait to listen to the rest of the OST until I'm finished with the series. You know, so I can get the whole, fresh experience while I'm watching ^^

      I don't know why I chose to watch it today when I couldn't stand the first season, but I guess I just had to reaffirm myself.

      Yuru Yuri is absolutely fucking boring. I'd like to have my 13 minutes and 26 seconds back.
