Another was awesome..

It seems I confused you. Sorry.
What happened was, Kiyosumi defeated Ryuumonbuchi to go to the Nationals. After that, Achiga went around challenging all the other 2nd place schools. This was not part of the tournament. Achiga was just doing this for practice, since they've already secured their place in the nationals. Ryuumonbuchi was one of those 2nd place schools since they lost to Kiyosumi. Both Achiga and Kiyosumi are going to the nationals. They're from different regions so they didn't have to face each other in the qualifiers.
I'm not sure, but I think prefecture can be interchanged with region in this case.

I think Saki's sister's school is the favorite to win this year's nationals. Only time will tell.

Kiyosumi's goal is to win National and Saki to so call overcome the fear of her sister, Achiga High entering the match is just cus they wanted to play with Nodoka again. Thats just weird.

I cant help but love Eureka AO, specially with all the easter eggs form Eureka Seven showing up! Im sad they didnt reuse any fo the signature songs form Eureka 7's ost.... still hoping they will!

The bare sunlight cure sans the extra light beam was nice, but I would've preferred more Kobato exposure during her "Transformation Sequence".

I'm basically just following these three this season, for the others I'm gonna wait til their respective runs are complete and watch them marathon style in thier entirety. -later.
