hyouka episode 1
The animation, art style, and character designs were all great. Really pleasant to look at. But mother of god it was one of the most boring shows i've sat through.

Not really Guilty Crown is also 22 episode, maybe cause Mirai Nikki aired late and took the time slot for 3extra weeks so they make less episode =D.

Most two cour anime that I've watch had 24-26 episodes. I don't think I've watched many (if any) that had less than that (I didn't watch Guilty Crown).

rushed episode on the lower matches and training camp to save time on main opponents club challenging which took longer in saki anime.
Saki and a few others finally showed up but she looks older or probably because of the long skirt or studio animating it now..and yeah badass rinshan kaihou Yuri shoujou.main fight starts next episode

There is series with 8(BRS), 10(Kore Zomb II), 11(Un-Go, Nisemonogatari), 12, 13, 14 (Haruhi), 15 (Bakemonogatari), 22 (Guilty Crown), 23(Last Exile Fam) , 24, 25, 26, 27 (Gurran Laggan), 30, 31, 32, 51, 52 episode lol. Yeh but 22 is kinda rare XD.

This, except it wasn't really boring in my opinion. Yes it was slow, but they did keep my attention with the story.

It feels like anime have been avoiding the childhood friend root for awhile now. Like, the childhood friend is there, but in the end, the protagonist chooses one of the other characters. Where's the childhood love?
Also, I haven't watched the new Saki yet, but did they skip straight to the nationals? I'm glad they go straight to the good stuff, but damn, that's kinda short changing the new girls. It's like "Whup, we're there!"
