Gather all the world otakus' money to buy an island declare it as a nation and stay there. Setuup own govenerment. Import/ hhire those mangakas from Japan and live there. Setup fandom(kindgom) of manga in that nation/island (Like Akiraharbara) to attract tourists for revenue. Set up bulter & maid and other theme cafe, love hotels there for revenues. R&D continue on that island. If need military, we can have Gundams and Evangelions to protect us. Can also export those mangas and items out for revenues. ^^
