Radiation leaking: yes, though no explosive releases due to the winding down of operational status.
Radiations present: Yes, mainly ambient to each respective reactor site.
Reactors under control : Sort of, more or less, because of mechanical problems with coolant and radiation treatment hardware -there have been backlogs of failures of system malfunctions.
Also the buildings that house the reactors are still plagued with cracked foundations and structural defects. They're still leaking radioactive coolant into the environment.Until when?: Until further notice, since its a very old facility, there are problems "surfacing" everyday. Particualrly the "cover ups" of deficiencies and mechanical break downs by the administrators who were running it, is the most recent scandal that has broken in the news.
