ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh yea....... ok I guess I'll answer this for you but yea seriously guy..... ehhhhhhhh whatever anyways here goes...
OK the Statue of Limitations varies from State to State on Rape( most states are about 1-3 years, and the limit is even shorter if not medical exam was ever given within 48hrs of the "incident" occuring) as far as Statutory Rape it really gets loop-holed to death so basically. unless it happened 2 yrs or less ago and she had a medical exam the next couple of days after....you're fine but really guy do you think you should even ask this question on a forum. You might as well have said "HEY FBI I LIKE TO MAKE METH IN MY BATHTUB"

In answer to this query....
It's very variant on each State, particular to which, a person resides in, as is stated in the following:
What is the statute of limitations on statutory rape?
The statute of limitations on statutory rape varies from state to state and depends on whether the crime is prosecuted as a misdemeanor or a felony.
A misdemeanor is considered less serious than a felony and in most states it carries a shorter statute of limitations.
Whether an incident of statutory rape is prosecuted as a misdemeanor or a felony often depends on the age difference between the two parties.
For example, in California the statute of limitations on misdemeanor statutory rape is one year and is charged when the two people involved are less than three years apart in age at the time of the crime, if the two people are more than three years apart at the time of the crime, the charge becomes a felony, and the statute of limitations increases to three years.
To find out more about the differences between misdemeanor and felony statutory rape, including the statutes of limitations on each, contact your state Attorney Generals Office.
