Y'know, BrightSide. You could start the ball rolling by stating your mobile OS...
Currently a Windows Mobile user.
Personally, prefer mobile OS with option to upgrade to newer versions at no cost, which would be Android ATM. No, I don't like the iPhone.
Secondary preference would be the mobile OS with the most third party software. Didn't count which mobile OS has the most, but I believe it's Windows (Mobile) Phone.
First time hearing about webOS and MeeGo. I can haz summary? Also, THIS.

I have to agree, what's up with that OP? ~ You don't have one and trying to decide which to get because of - "current" - popularity?
@man1 ~
Sir, I may be misunderstanding here, but I wouldn't consider that topic similar, but different, as it asked if a mobile was used for SanCom viewing.
Am I wrong in this assumption?

Samsung Galaxy S with Android (2.2, Froyo) and my phone number is- TOO MANY STALKERS HERE
Heh, and to think I hated phones before getting this one :p
Or maybe I still do but like smartphones rather?

Where's the Maemo option? MeeGo hasn't been released on any device yet, and the N900 support is very very beta. Alpha even I'd say.
Maemo is running great though <3Maemo ftw, because it's like the polar opposite of the iPhone. Everything closed down -> everything open. Limited multitasking -> Awesome multitasking (oh and it has flash ;)).
It lets me do what I want to do.. like this! 5 browser windows open (4 different browsers) and multitasking like it's nothing <3
[edit] All on the Nokia N900 of course, only Maemo phone ever released [/edit]

CC: How's the firefox app, I had it short after release but didn't really like it at that time.Posted 5 years ago # -
Firefox (Fennec) completely and utterly sucks ass.
It's slow and still based on 3.6 instead of 4.0 so it really has nothing to offer compared to the default (MicroB) browser which was based on Firefox 3.0 or something along those lines.btw, dig in the defaults browsers settings for a hidden portrait mode option

I have a Droid. I'm glad I have it now, but originally, I just wanted a simple ~$20 phone. My parents literally forced me to get a Droid.

I have a symbian phone Nokia E71 right now but I'm going to switch to android.
I would not use a windows phone even if it was free I'd use the stupid thing for target practice which I actually did once.
Getting a Galaxy S or one of HTC's android sliders soon.Posted 5 years ago #
