Only 2? Well one could be Deth since he has knowledge on survival in the wild and that is one major good thing to know in an unknown terrain.
The second one could be Ku_fei, he could be the one bullied and when he has nothing more to offer he could sacrifice himself for our survival.
Unless there was easily accessible food, water, and shelter I don't think I'd want to be stranded with Sankaku-kun. You don't have any survival skills and I'd just be burdened with all the tasks.

I sometimes wonder what I would do if I were stranded on an island with a girl and no way to get off. I think I would resort to rape faster then I feel good about. Heck, I may be dead within a week, but if I ain't getting off, I might as well enjoy the end of my life.

At first, I was going to pick Deth. But then I though about it for a few minutes. Deth may have a vast amount of survival knowledge, but his handicap could be a serious problem in this situation.
I also thought about picking Dr. Blackjack for his medical knowledge but then I realized that I don't know what field he's been trained in (I also can't remember if he's still a student or not).
So I think I'll pick the two most delicious members.
Reason: because the members of Sancon are only capable of being my emergency food supply.
