       If you don't feel like it, just don't.
       If it's a hassle, if it's a pain for you to show up, then it's better to just avoid it altogether. You tried, it didn't go well, that's fine.

       Then please at least come online more often to talk to a couple people individually, or in a small group. That's the best way I can think of to help you get used to talking to others.
