      Hours and minutes will do. Seconds not needed.
      But the +/- changes in minutes are just fine.

      Location just the town/city will do - E.g. NewYork (NY) USA
      Because GMT matters a lot.

      You mean twins? Or 2 different persons same time same place in same hospital. They thinking foundation will be the same. However, their family, school, environment will play the bending/pushing/shaping factors. If foundation is good - then able to distinugsh good/bad. But not good, easily influence, drinking, take drugs - things which are bad will still insist as good. Even the whole world think, it's wrong, s/he will still think it's good to drink/take drugs = hopeless. Unless change is from internal - internalisation. If not, any other external sources/help are only short term.

      I never reject everything. But I strongly believe a foundation is there when a baby is born. That's why some babies are active, some are sluggish. Maybe you can use genetic or parent or whatever to explain. But I still believe in Birth Chart. Try not to cut off any knowledge, knowledge of yourself is power. The more you know about yourself, then you can unleash your potential better.
