3D Girl Creator

I need help and I figure if anyone would know about this, it'd be the people on SanCom. If there is an older board about it I'd be happy to read that too.
There is a game called 3D girl creator.

Here's a vid if anyone knows it by another name or just don't know what it is. I understand the game comes in packs and there are guidelines to downloading it. I went to Hongfire and it had all the download and a nice set of instructions but not part 01 of the rar. So anyone else know a site that has all the parts or a place where I can download all of it at once?
Anyone who has played this before, gladly tell me about it, it's caught my interest,a lot.
