I usually hate starting a new thread but decided to make an exception today. Anyways, the topic is about betrayals, have you guys ever been betrayed by your friend/girlfriend/family member/ET or whatever and I would love to see your stories, I just love stewing in other humans misery, nah just kidding >>.

Thank you. I try to impart my wisdom to all...
But seriously, we get betrayed all the time. Can't finish telling tales.

Too many times to count. And alot of it may not be typical betrayal.

None I know of.
But I have certainly been very disappointed by at least two people I thought were much closer friends than they were proven out to be.
One is the wife of a guy whom I was best man for at their wedding.
The day she dies, I will go to her funeral out of support for her husband. Now if he dies first, well, she finally gets told what I reeeeeally think of her. Because I won't be at his funeral nor will I be supportive of her. That bitch just up and dumps my friendship of many years over something so petty that it will never be forgiven ever.
As for the other, I blame a woman. It wasn't just me, my ex buddy dumped his entire family too. But I really have no ideas why I got ditched after decades of close friendship. Been 10 years now, and it still pisses me off.
But no, never been 'betrayed', just very disappointed.

FFFFF That one time in Gonryun Dungeon lv2. It's always those good-for-nothing assassins. Why do they even want a priest to accompany them if they're going to run away anyway? He said he was positive he could beat Blood Butterflies if he had buffs and a healer, but when three of them attacked him at once he ran away and left me to be slaughtered. What a bastard. I guess you can't write assassin without writing ass. Twice.

I don't keep that kind of stuff in mind. Humans are no more than humans and I don't expect them to be BFF with me forever or even save my life if I were to fall asleep in the middle of the street or something. Friends come and go and that's just the way people work.
It's much easier enjoying life when you simply ignore all stuff like betrayals or disappointments.

I was friend with this kid and we used to hang around me all the time (I was 14 and same for him but our friendship date back from 9ish/10ish yr'old). Years and years of hoping back and forth between my and his house and all that stuff kids do (lots and lots of video game in between all of them ^^). As soon as we get into high school (we went for the same one) lots of new people start floating around, we been in a few diferent social groups and stuff.
Just so happens one day I get fed up with the random shallow shit the people in my class were and stopped trying to pretend I wanted their friendship... this was about 2 weeks into high school and yes, it only took me 2 weekends to get fed up ¬¬
Silly me thinking this wasn't related to Christan (his name) since almost immediately after that he stooped calling me, cut relationship and basically said fuck you, you are not cool enough to hang with me anymore... in pretty convincing and obvious ways as well ¬¬ We still had random encounters in class but only when he felt like it would piss me off or embarrass me since the rest of the time he wouldn't even stop by my desk to say hello. After that I pretty much never got close enough with people for their presence to concern me much so it's the only big one I have to talk about.

Once in college my assignment partner ditched me and I had to redo the whole paper overnight on my own and on the next day he appeared to place his name in before giving to the teacher without even a lame excuse. I promptly accepted and 5 days latter when the teacher was asking for people to come forth and talk about the theme of said paper to the rest of the class I promptly offered myself (and him). The teacher always used the first class after a big paper to call out for people to do the "introduction" on the theme he was later going into detail. It was somewhat amusing seeing him try to fill up the presentation when I stooped talking and maybe even funnier when afterward he came all pissed because I offered us to present... double betrayal is awesome btw!

First betrayal of life ( at the age of 7-8 ) teached me that humans are egoistic, selfcentered assholes and trust gives them opportunity to hurt...Every other following just confirmed my theory...:)

I really got along with this girl in middle school and was about to date her when she confided on a mutual "friend" whether or not to date me in which he made false accusations about me and he later started dating her.
Both of the tried to patch things up in highschool
but I said if they have any respect for me left, leave me the fuck alone.Posted 5 years ago # -
One time there was an intruder in my bed. My brother got super pissed. He was even on the news. He said everybody's kids and wives should be hidden because he was sexually assaulting everybody out there. Very scary.

don't really have any personal tales of woe, other than your average 'girlfriend-left-me-for-one-of-my-friends' type deals... twas an internet-romance so it doesn't really count. still hurt, mind.
now then, the *worst* tale of woe I've ever heard was an old mate of mine who got dumped on valentine's day.
the girl explained that she'd wanted to dump him for some time, and when asked why she waited till then... "I wanted to see what you bought me."Posted 5 years ago # -
<---- Betrayer. dont trust me.

I loathed my middle school, and I left toward the end of 8th grade to go to a private school. I had to come back to my middle school one day to get my transfer papers signed, and I happened to get there at recess, when half the grade was outside.
I saw my friends, but when I went up to say hi, one yelled, "Oh shit, it's [my last name]!" and they all bolted the other way.

Never happened to be, at least nothing really impressive for me to remember.
