  1. Israel is the best country in the world!

Israel produces the most scientific papers relative to its population of any country in the world. It must be because they make their children read science books whilst their neighbours make kids read the Koran, Mein Kampf and The Protocols of the Elders of Zion.

Israel was constantly attacked by all of its neighbours for the first 25 years of its life and kicked their arses. Every. Single. Time. Pound-for-pound, it's the strongest country in the world. When was the last time any other country got attacked by someone ten times their size, then won the war within six days and doubled its territory? Never!

Israel is the only Western country that stands up for its values against Jihadfags and cultural-relativist leftists. When every other Western country has started speaking Arabic (in the name of tolerance!) Israel will have kept its identity.

Israel is the only liberal democracy in the Middle-East. Have fun trying to fap to Hideyoshi in Saudi Arabia or Iran.

Israel makes Stormfront faggots confused. There aren't many things funnier than watching a Neo-Nazi being forced to choose between supporting Arabs and supporting Jews. In fact, there's only one things that's funnier:

Israel makes the left look like hypocrites. Bitching about Israeli troops in Gaza but ignoring Turkish troops in Cyprus? That's the left. Whining about the plight of the Palestinians (a nation that was invented in 1948 by propagandists) whilst not giving a fuck about other peoples, such as the Kurds, who are in the same situation? Saying Israel has no right to exist because of the circumstances under which it was founded, even though it was founded under the same circumstances as Pakistan? Yup, they spout that crap. When was the last time you heard George Galloway bitch about Pakistan and the Indian partition? Or Kashmir? Never! Finally, bitching about everyone being racists and Nazis whilst supporting a party that wants a second Holocaust? Yeah, the left do that too. It's hilarious to watch them call everyone racist and then say they support Hamas, and shows them for the pretentious, bandwagon jumping idiots they are.

As you can clearly see, Israel is the most badass country in the world and also the biggest lulz producer by far. Other Western countries have much to learn!

I can't wait until they nuke Iran.

Everyone who disagrees is just jealous!

It's a general thread in the general section.

Anyway, we've had lots of Middle-East threads recently, and the wikileaks incident has brought the region into the news again.

Japan is so shitty that everyone commits suicide.

As for the US, don't get me started. It's only one step behind Britain on the 1984-style police state scale.

    Whatever.
I bet if your country suddenly asked you to move to Israel, you with all effort will stay in your country despite that you praise Israel as the best country.
BTW do you know what sarcasm is?

Unreal conditional sentences require a past tense verb, and most English verbs add an "s" at the end when in the third-person singular. "if your country suddenly ask you" should be "if your country suddenly asked you".

You also said "despised" when I think you meant "despite". However, in that context, it would be more natural to say "even though you said Israel was the best country".

  17. Too bad Isreal is plagued by constant war and fighting. I got it sweet here, beaches, snowy mountains, sand dunes, food from every diversity.

And Isreal doesn't have Disneyland or Las Vegas.

  19. If Israel didn't have British and US backing, it would never have won a single war in the early period, and would never have been founded. This isn't normally a big deal (the US and Britain run proxy wars, etc. all the time), but you turn around after praising Israel, and criticize the US and Britain. Now that's hypocritical.

In what way are the founding of Israel, and the separation of Pakistan (and Bangladesh) from India at all similar? I can't think of a single similarity between the two.

And calling Israel a liberal democracy isn't just a stretch, it's factually wrong. A democracy, for sure, but definitely not liberal. They only look marginally progressive if you compare them to backwards theocracies.

I would've assumed this post was just sarcasm/troll-politics with all the errors in it, but you seem to feel it's all factually true. That's especially sad, because most of your post is just a rant against a bleeding heart straw man.

Pfft, the Arabs had Soviet backing, so we'll call it even. In any case, even with backing from other countries, the military achievements were impressive.

Both were founded at the same time for the benefit of a specific religious group that would otherwise have been persecuted. The founding of both countries involved lots of people being displaced. The founding of both countries involved conflicts that led to many deaths. Both countries have been accused of human rights violations. Both countries have nuclear weapons and have threatened to use them against their neighbours. Both countries have had territorial disputes and are still having them. One of these countries is labelled as the most evil in the world and has its right to exist questioned by Western academics. The other is largely ignored by people with no specific connection to it

Women can vote and go to school. Homosexuality is legal. Ethnic minorities can vote and are represented in parliament. Unless you're going to be unreasonable about the definition of liberal, it's a liberal democracy. Freedom House agrees.

Maybe I'm being paranoid, but I get the sense that this paragraph is written under the assumption that I'm trolling, with the intent of making me worried that I'll be taken seriously, leading to an admission of said trolling in order to save face. I hope I'm being paranoid, because that would be sad.

And if I were trolling, do you think I'd admit it? :3

And no, I'm not ranting at a straw man. The people I'm ranting at definitely exist. Maybe you don't see many of them on your side of the Atlantic, but they definitely exist on mine. Contrary to the stereotype of people in the Old World being more enlightened than those in the New, Europeans can be unbelievably idiotic when it comes to politics.
