So let's say you were shaving, and then after chipping yourself you realize some parts of the shaver was rusty.
What are the chances of you suffering from rust poisoning (or any other rust-induced ailment)?

You mean tetanus/lock-jaw? Is the blood on the rusty part?

None, since I use one made out of stainless steel.
I'm aware that it can rust, but by the time it would do that I would already have changed it since it would of gotten dull long before that time...Posted 5 years ago # -
Tetanus is just about the only rust-related danger, other than trace amounts of metal in your bloodstream. Just irrigate it with some water and you should be fine. If you start to get any weird symptoms go see a doctor.

I've been using rusty shaver most of the time. I'm just too lazy to replace them.

These days at least in the states tetanus shots are pretty basic so you shouldn't have to worry about that.
EDIT i should add that their part of te school required immunizations here so literally basic stuff.
