Wow who knew my archoivist actoivites would already be useful. This thread i'm posting covers the anime tatses and variant of many member form 1-2 years ago.

Anyways as for me i'd like to do something with a transdimensional ship/crew myself/ Probably would be gundam(as in prototype ship) meets well anything dual/tri faction.
Basically the ship would be designed by a group of races from various realities. Some with magic others where only science rules others mixes and so on. It was developed to battle an enemy empire who's reality is a mass composite basiaclly they find themselves to be superior due to the fact that their reality/universe is comprised of ALL rules so magic science and so on all are applicabel. Life is abundant on all planets and so on. Basically hey got the universe/reality made of gods jizz. So they decide to go on a conquering spree. Thus is born a sort of federation for the multiverse and the ship. This ships crew is comprised of being from ALL the affiliate universes. The ship itself is a giant sphere enclosinga solar system using the sun for power and eah planet is terraformed for different species/laws of physics. In short a water planet for magic users and one fo science users.
The solar suystem itself is aretifically comprised and the las of physics are modified for each planet. As the ship traverses universes the primary crews change to match the rules with some others while the off duty crew returns to their designated planet or hangs out on others panets.
As for the fighting imagine a ship equipped with every type of weapon/vehicle you can imagine. The battles would be insane the enemy can match their abilities since their tech is defacto what this ship is intended to achieve. Except that it doesn't require the size and phsyics alteration tech. HOWEVER in the prototype ships favour is that the enemy isn't used to being restricted to say JUST magic or science. Or say be able to operate in a reality without warpdrive. Thuse the prototype ship has the advantage in that it is equipped for these limits.
I'm tired so can't do my best but you get the point. Basically a show following a solar ship with transreality capabilities designed to fighta specific enemy. I could see a game or anime like this requiring over 100 episodes easy for it to be truly done well and in game form requiringa multipart game or maybe 3-10 blu ray discs just to fit the main story and characters/weapons and vehicles. Let alone planets,galaxies and universes.

They could possibly make it so you could import/copy poekmon from you protable games into it after getting your first pokemon to 100. The max level would be lets say 500 or so. The gyme leaders and NPC trainers would scale with level not area. The main caharcters from the games could be in it in the form of advisors or maybe the new professors for each area.
Most of the above was spur of the moment btw.
Anyways the other option wouldbe a full 3-d digimon mmo.
edit refining the grand pokemon league idea to be challenging the grand elite four who would be the elite four that cover all areas. This would be accessed through beating all other areas elite 4 and gaining a special item from each. Damn i hate it when i go psycho creative like this.

Yeah i gotcha. I was just thinking of te legendaries being say still in the tanks and being accessible to all members. I mean we're talking pokemon WAR style battles here. Real time combat with our pokemon.with maybe 20-40 people raiding their bases. Basically make like the casino from red and blue a raid type area MUCH larger and a massive battlefield of sorts. Maybe even make it so the factions are trainers and team amalgalm so the base raids are like pvp raids. and whoever wins the battle by defeating the others leader(for trainers guys like red in kanto and crystal in johto and so on) While the elite 4 would be npc opponents. Expansion wise we could maybe see other realms/times/planets. Like one where we go to Giratinas realm and another where we go back to the time seen in the lucario movie(pokemon in armor anyone) The last xpac could maybe take us to the fabled origin of pokemon be it a time or place.
One expac could even add the ranger faction and so on. How about classes being something like
The Friendship faction(ya know "good guys" like main characters from other games)
Trainer- catches and trains pokemon seeks to defeat the Grand Elite Four heir pokemon will only listen up to their current badge rank however they keep their pokemon and they gain extra exp from battling npcs.
Ranger- Temporarily catches pokemon to aid in battles. Said pokemon can use the majority of their techniques but cannot stay with the Ranger beyone the area it was "tamed". They also gain bonus damagae to team member NPCS
Master- Only the best trainers earn this title they can command any pokemon regardless of badge rank and can catch legendaries. The experience their pokemon gain is increased by 1.5-2x that of a trainers increase. The legendaries they catch also gain stat bonuses to stats most beffiting said legendaries role(a mewtwo for isntance would get damage bonuses while say a zapdos a speed bonus celebi a dodge bonus and a heatran or regigigas def/armor/health This would be an unlockable class by beating the grand elite four as either a Trainer, Ranger or Special Agent.
Special Agent- A high ranked ranger capable of temorarily taming all level and types of pokemon including legendaries for longer periods than their lower ranked brothers. They're pokemon also deal higher damage to ALL npc/players the legendaries that they gain control over have an advantage in speed and power over their brothers by 1.5-2x. This is an unlockable class gained by defeating all of team amalgams bosses as either a Trainer, Master or Ranger
Caretaker- Specializes in caring for pokemon making it so pokemon of 10 levels higher than normal will listen to them regardless of whetehr they were attained in a trade or catching.
Breeder- Specializes in breeding pokemon from those they have captured can have two out at once due to their high affinity for them. The pokemon they care for will listen to them at 10 levels higher than normal regardless of how they are obtained and can train legendaries. Their legendaries can be breed due to a slight error in the cloning process used by team amalgalm. this is an unlockable class attained by collecting two compatable pokemon from each egg group as either a Stylist, Caretaker or a Coordinator
Stylist- These people specialize in helping their pokemon look FABULOUS thus increasing the rate of success for skills like kiss and sing. There pokemon also gain an incresed rate of affection for them
Coordinator- These talented individuals specialize in making their pokemon and theselves work in tandem and look good doing it. Thus There pokemon staus attacks have increased effects varying by attack and gain affection at 2x the normal rate they are also specialists in pleasing a crow. As such they are good at distracting enemies. They can also train legendaries and utilize their unique properties to be better suited for distracting enemies and entertaining allies thus increasing their stats and powers. This class is unlcokable and would be unlocked by winning all contests in all regions as either a Breeder, Stylist or Caretaker
Team members ("villains" like team rocket magma and aqua)
Theives- Low level worker can steal many pokemon from trainers and raise their levels. However since these individuals are weak and low ranking not to mention their pokemon are stolen they require Rank Emblems to control them(like badges for trainers) that are obtained by defeating lieutenants in mock battles. Their pokemon differ from their compatriots in how they have a higher crit chance due to being harde to control.
Specialist- These individuals are advanced thieves who are high ranked and can control any pokemon they steal. Thier pokemon are stronger in attack and retain a higher crit chance due to being angry at being stolen. They can also obtain legendaries. Their legendaries gain an increase in not only base stats but also attain a bonus to their specialty(see masters) This is an unlockable class gained by defeating all of the lietuenants and then the "Boss" with either a Poacher, Theif or Bounty Hunter
poacher-Poachers can temporarily gain control of pokemon who they are catching for the black market. The pokemon they control gain increase in evasiveness and speed when dealing with "friendship" NPCS/players to help avoid them and deliver their captures.
Bounty Hunters- these are advanced mercenaries who can control thier prey longer and gain bonuses to speed evasiveness and defense . They can also catch legendaries. Their legendaries gain a bonus to all stats by 1.5-2x against all firendship members.all firendship members. They also gain extra money from bounties. They can also place traps to stop enemies from pursuing them or aid allies in capturing trainers pokemon. This is an unlockable class gained by attaining ultimate infamy amog the firendship faction as either a Grunt, Poacher or Specialist
Rival. These individuals are like trainers in almost all areas except that they specialize in making crooked deals and they gaina bonus to monetary gains instead of exp. They are amoral and will work for pretty much anyone if it means they can prove themsleves stronger. Thus their pokemon are hardened and earn affection at 5/6 the rate of other classes pokemon but gain extra xp due to their harsh methods.
Champion- These are advanced Rivals who have defeated the elite four and accepted the role of a wandering champion. They are almost identicale to masters except that their legendaries are corrupted and attained striaght from the clones thus thir units are somehwat stronger having an increase to stats by 2-2.5x and their bonuses are more oriented towards the corrupt monetary side rather than trying to catch and befirend all pokemon. Thus making them hardened and more ameniable to seriously hurting other pokemon and they gain less affection while earning more xp from more savage battle methods.
Mad Researcher- These individuals are he brains behind the new team amalgalm tech. rival/champion are amoral they only wnat to further their research and thus use special devices to increase their poekmons stats greatly but in exhcnage lose most of the expirence they would gainas well as affection.
Cloner- These are the true msterminds behind team amalgalms methods. They can clone any pokemon they have met as well as use special devices to control multiple pokemon and increase their stats drastically HOWEVER just like the mad researcher they gain half the xp of their brothers and actually lose affection. They can clone and train legendaries who are not only far stronger but have one extra typoe due to modifications(a zapdos for instance would be a flying/electric AND steel). This is a unlockable class gained by either encounterig a legendary as a Mad Researcher OR Seriously injuring a rare pokrmon as a Champion or Rival
