      Oh right, I had a few disturbing dreams recently:

      The last dream I remember is me fighting in Vietnam in stereotypical rain conditions and for whatever reason, I was down on the ground with everyone around me dead. A black American defector for the goddamn VC yelled "DO YOU FINALLY SURRENDER" and I said in a Southern drawl "YES", subsequently retorted "DO YOU SURRENDER ANY PATRIOTISM, HONOR AND CONCERN FOR YOUR COUNTRY."

      "YES GODDAMNIT YES"

      Then the black guy epicly proclaimed "THIS IS THE GOOD GUYS WINNING" and stabbed us all brutally with bayonets.

      Fast forward to a medieval Vietnam with purple babies in a cage learning to walk by stumbling on a metal plate with fire underneath it (I'm guessing by standing and walking they avoid the heat) and then there were geishas or some shit handling the fat happy babies with grapes in their hair in fountains surrounding the cage.

      What's causing this

      I woke up at 4am because of a nightmare. Can't exactly remember what it was about but something was hunting me.

      When I fell back asleep I started dreaming about being an escaped convict and I illegally hid inside a train to Mexico. What the fuck was this lucid dream. I got caught anyway. And after that I woke. Shit dreams. I'd take a wet dream over this any day.

      These are all my dreams now; boringly realistic and kind of upsetting.

      Every so often, I'll have nightmares about missing an assignment or skipping out on a class and missing something important, even though I graduated years ago.

      It takes me a little bit when I wake up in a cold sweat to realize it, too.

      Ive never had a dream quite like this. It was the most vivid dream ive ever had and i remember wondering where the hell i was. I was made known that i was part of a selected few that got to travel behind the curtains of this world. I told them i must be dreaming but they assured me that it was not the case. After going through some tests that apparently involved drawing swasticas i was "sent back to reality" as they put it.

      I woke up after only 5 hours of sleep and it felt like i was out for 20 or more hours. I felt terrible dread and instantly popped a benzo.
