   Picture Drama is almost exactly just like drama CD, but with videos of still images.

   I don't know whether the term have ever been used before or not. AFAIK, Sora Kake was the first one I've ever encountered...

   the episodes so far were 3 minutes each at most. the story is told in a monologue. it also show nipples, so I guess these came as a DVD/Blu-Ray bonus...

   in the 1st eps, Imoko tells about how she met Akiha (or how she was born) and how they became friends...
   in the 2nd, Itsuki received her "Undercover costumes" from Nina prior to infiltrating Surre Academy. Clueless, she tried the costumes which ends up as some sort of cosplay collection as she dressed as Bunny girl, stewardess, nurse, cheerleader, Showa-era school uniform, nun, and finally Hatsune Miku (in which Itsuki believes was a school uniform)
   an onsen scene is confusingly added for "DVD-quality" fanservice in form of nipples...

   The nipples in question...completely inconsequential fanservice. While I do like seeing a little extra skin, I prefer at least some feeble excuse to justify it.
