I try to do a basic work out every day which is basically a 5 minute quick exercise several times a day and once a week or more do a pure 30 minute workout along with the basic.

What about an option for those of us that weigh 130 pounds (59 kg) but don't exercise?
But I do have an hour's walk (jog when late) between my apartment and the bus stop and back every work day, and always take 2 bags weighing 40 pounds worth of books to study and food to eat for the day with me, so that does seem to keep me relatively healthy. The real trial always comes when I add having to carry damned weekly groceries on top of all that... especially because I always get 2 jugs of milk, and 2 huge jugs of V8, plus all the edibles... every week >_>
[EDIT]: Just weighed my bags. Actually 50 pounds now, huh.

I maybe a little bit nerdy, but i spent most of my free time building my stamina and sculpting my body. I guess i'm an exercise otaku.

Those options are a little restricting. I'm not in shape, but I'm pretty fit, without much exercise besides walking.

As a matter of fact I work out 5 days a week, typically before or after work. I stay at the gym for at least 2 hours and I divide up into 45 minutes cardio, 45 minutes exercise (back/biceps; chest/triceps; or misc) and the rest of the time to hit the shower.
I was further encouraged since my PC was broken and I couldn't watch anime for the last 6 months. Before then, i'd end up going 3-2 days a week. But now i have my pc working again obviosly as of June 1,2009 and since then i havent been at the gym since :(

I used to exercise often. Last year i've been working 6 days per week, and i also went to gym 3 times per week. Since i've started again university, i went to practice just 2 times per week, going out running once in a while. Now i just feel i wanna do nothing. Summer is tiresome..

I do at least 6 minutes of sit-ups a day usually. Trying to work up to then. And then, eventually, an hour. A full hour a day, that ought to keep me in shape.
Also, I'm hoping to lose around 10 to 20 lbs.

184,5 cm or maybe more haven't messaured my height in a long time and weight 76 kg.

This poll thing is starting to get annoying. "are you fit or not" is kind of a boring question IMHO. I myself have to exercise or my body starts yelling and aching. I envy women for not having to exercise. I do not, on the other hand, envy fat lazy people.

136 lbs, 184 cm. I do a lot of martial arts and walk at least an hour a day, and to wherever I must go that is close enough.
