What I do get is WHY they think it's cute or makes people look kind. I can't wrap my mind around it. It's not a childlike trait, kind people generally like sleep like everyone else. So I don't get where this impression is coming from.

They look like wannabe addicts. There are so many women out there that use make up to reduce those eye bags. I dont get it.
