You forget this is a Sankaku's ranked list. There's always a hidden word like "Popular and fujoshi's" that must always be appended to the title.
Just FYI, Sankaku has never, not once, conducted a survey for any sort of list. They are all copied from japanese sites (just click on the link in the article).
Most of the top 10 so called men in the list are ambiguous in nature.
For example:
Ichigo from Bleach is probably gay and so on...
Ichigo's name looks like this in kanji, 一護, which means "The one who protects". Ichigo as strawberry looks like this, 毒.

Because unlike you, there are people out there who can watch an anime with male characters without panicking that it'll make them catch the gayness.
