Deus Ex: Mankind Divided Announced

Square Enix still seems to be making progress with the remains of Eidos, having announced “Deus Ex: Mankind Divided”, a continuation of Deus Ex: Human Revolution‘s prequel storyline that should offer more in the way of stealth and shoot-outs.
It has been stated that the title is being developed on the new “Dawn Engine” created by Eidos for current-gen consoles, while the story will center around a conspiracy concerning the secretive Illuminati – sure to intrigue fans of the original game, though it is not known how closely this game will tie in with the continuity of the original title, if at all.
A rather compelling trailer released in tandem with the announcement:

Jensen got augmented in human revolution, it's clear he's once again main character and he's augmented.
If anything it's sequel to human revolution, though it still seems to be taking place before original deus ex.
I think you need to read the first paragraph again, he clearly states that mankind divided is part of the prequel storyline started in human revolution which itself is a prequel to he original Deus Ex Games.

He said he'd been in hiding for years, so I sincerely hope that means that this is after the storyline for JC, or at least we hear about it during gameplay so they can bring it to current afterward. They still have lore to follow, which is a double-edged sword. But if they can unify it, they can do some excellent stuff. *SPOILER FOR ORIGINAL DEUS EX FOLLOWS* Apparently since Icarus is the true end, they can go way out there.
This game will trump any future japanese release for the year. Unless Shenmue 3 is announced.
