There are thousands of breast reduction surgeries performed every year, and there is a REASON why most women with naturally large boobs will try to reduce them, and the ones that keep them big have usually had them made that way artificially.
Link me to proof (that isn't endorsed by a surgeon). Back pain (which even tons of men get) has nothing to do with breast size. Large breasts just make it harder to maintain proper posture and get exercise, which is totally achievable regardless of breast size (unless they have an extremely rare condition where breasts grow so big it gives worse problems than back pain). And what you're saying is that women with large breasts are basically natural abominations, that nature has given them defective bodies. Do you know how damaging of a thing that is to say and think, especially without hard evidence to back it up?
The reason why most women who have large breasts get breast reductions is SOCIAL. Because society has made it so that women with natural large breasts are viewed and shamed automatically as porn stars, strippers, sluts, fake, and are forced to have far less job opportunities regardless of their expertise.
My source for all this? I've read stories and actually talked to women with large breasts.
