Yeah Ange and Hilda have the best build up. the only reason Ange even became interested in Tusk was the stupid fact that his face kept accidentally landing in Anges crotch as per generic anime male characters do these days.
This show had just a fraction of class with its subject of racial disputes, government corruption and oppression in a slightly dystopian setting. Then they threw that all away with Tusk, and from there the second half of the series just spiraled into hell.
Wishing for Tusk to die before the season ends...

As much as I like this anime, I really wish they would've just put in nipples. I mean, was it some kind of moral barrier that they just couldn't cross, given the content of this show? It almost makes it more awkward, seeing these bare mounds. If it was Sailor Moon, I suppose I could understand, but...
Then again, I think more anime should be like Kite or Mezzo Forte where it's a reasonably normal anime one moment, and the next they have full-on hardcore rape scenes. And then again, I think Bible Black is a pretty normal show.

It's still there. It's just *never* been listed in the main simulcast listing page for some reason, so you have to go to Updated, Alphabetical, or Season Lineup pages to access it.
