Japan doesn't draw bare feet often, so it's no surprise when it comes to sculpting.
The feet look like blobs because of the lighting. You can barely see the shadows on Misaka's feet, but from what I can tell the feet look fine.
If you're looking at feet, you're looking at all the wrong spots.
How is looking at the feet a problem at all? Thats what i was looking after first too. Because you know, some people here actually like good modeled feet.
