Well, sort of. It's an adaptation of a manga that is a cutesy spin-off of a visual novel called “Fate/Stay Night”. The main character here (Ilya/Illya/however you want to call her) is a semi-important character in the original visual novel and was supposed to have her own route, but the route went the way of the dodo (meaning, it didn't happen).
On that note, Kuro/Chloe is an in-joke of sorts that those who have read the visual novel will easily get, and Miyu ... well, “curse Zelretch” is what I will say, and it's also an in-joke.
