Meh... so many lighting and other effects to compensate for a lackluster cosplay. I've only seen one really good Ahri cosplay, which is sad given that she has so much potential.
Though the lighting effects are definitely overkill, I'd say the cosplay is fairly accurate (aside from the thin tails). The real problem is that the Popstar skin design is extremely bland, it's just poorly made fan service.

Lol Not man. I see other random cosplayers who dont use much photoshop and really dont have a big diff to when dont use, but in the case of asians cosplayer the diff is LVL CHUCK NORRIS all the time.

It's just makeup. I met Tomia without makeup on a convention and she looks like a 12 year old lol, a very cute one at that. She's pretty short too. There's a photo of that in Sankaku I think, she was wearing a race queen outfit for some event.

A example of the lvl of photoshop and surgery in Asia be the famous Japan Idol Kayo Satoh who for 10 years be the favorite of lots of guys in Japan....and the last years she revealed to be a MAN. Photoshop lvl God hahaha.
