Anime Japan 2014 has provided a wealth of information concerning the new Fate anime to debut later this year during October, including a short blood pumping PV and concept art for the new character designs that look to be conservative enough to appease even fans of the original visual novels.

i hoped they would fix Emiya's eyebrows and they did!, i simply couldn't stand his face in old stay night, it's like he had two handlebar moustaches instead of eyebrows, made me cringe every time he came on screen.

I wonder in what pitiful way will Lancer die this time
A) Gilgamesh kills him.
B) Command Seal says he should kill himself, so that's what he does.
C) Gets absorbed by a monster while fighting someone else
D)Shiro makes wrong decisions and dies early, and we don't get to see Lancer dying.
You mean this series will only have 3 episodes and then Shirou dies and the rest are all Tiger Dojos?
E) Kotomine uses "Servant Strengthening Device"
Only if it's going off of the Fate arc again. He died in a fairly badass way in Unlimited Blade Works.

Technically she became a heroic spirit around 5 minutes before her death, making her somewhat of an immortal. That's also the reason she can't transform her body into spirit mode.
Yeah, Saber is the only heroic spirit that *isn't* dead. She's special.

Actually, the 2006 anime was really good for his time.
And I prefer the work of th chara designer of the old anime (Unlimited blade works have the best typemoon anime chara design and it's the same staff as the 2006 anime)
the new chara design is pretty generic and low compared to this.

That's nice and everything but it just can't compete with ufotable (see Kara no Kyoukai movies).
the charadesign by UFOtable is really poor (It was to realistic in KnK and too simplified for Fate Zero)
And I didn't like comtemplative directing of UFOTable. the battle from Fate Zero were really slow, it was boring (the battle from UBW were perfect, like Archer vs Berserker and Saber vs Assassin from 2006 anime)
and Zero berserker in 3D for every of his fight kill my eyes much more than a dragon seen few second. I hate 3D.
Actually, I really dislike all the work from UFOtable, they seem to me like the Michael bay from animation.

The original game had 3 routes. The main one was done by Deen back in 06. Unlimited Blade Works(the movie) was the second route. Heaven's Feel is the third route in the game, and the one most people want this new show to be. Zero was set before the main game.

It should be Heaven's Feel.
I suppose that would make sense. But at the same time it would piss me off if my favourite route, UBW, got the bloody slide show movie that made absolutely no justice to the story, and my least favourite route, HF, got a whole series with a big budget. Of course I'll gleefully watch this, no matter what it's going to be, though.

Here's hoping it's NOT heaven's feel. That one's too long, too grimdark, and Sakura's just not a good heroine. I wouldn't mind a new route altogether that picked and chose some from all 3 routes, since even HF has some awesome moments in it. I do think that although it was pretty decent, UBW got a bit hosed storyline wise with that movie.

Really i prefer to they make Fate/Apocrypha or Fate Prototype, or finishing the 3 arcs of the visual novel making Heavens Feel, but make a remake from a version who really dont have much interesting things of the 3 arcs? for me is only for make money with noobs otakus.
Ooh... Fate/Stay Night... nice. After Fate/Zero aired... I've been wondering whether there are many fans for Fate/Zero than Fate/Stay Night...
...but personally I like Fate/Stay Night more. Definitely going to watch this until the end.

Fate route is original anime story. Focuses on saber
UBW is second route, focusing more on Rin. That was the movie
This one is likely Heavens Feel. Focusing on Sakura and more on the war.
They're all the same in the beginning but branch out into completely different settings and story

Well, the Fate route is almost the first anime's story. Instead of doing the route in its entirety, the anime's producers decided to send the plot to Siberia around halfway through it or something and it became a mess later.
