Strawberry Panic? There's few truly yuri anime, and basically none of them really qualify as harem so I think that's the closest.
Good yuri anime is usually shoujo. Marimite is the prime example. Seinen yuri can be good. Strawberry Panic was godly. Sasameki Koto is excellent *in manga form*.
The rest is yuri fan bait like, Strkie Witches, Vividred Operation or Kampfer.
And yes, I'm appalled that despite strong evidence of interest in seinen yuri few studios can deliver. I'd guess they don't want to be tagged as ecchi studios. Then they do stuff like Queen's Blade.
He asked about yuri HAREM anime, not yuri in general, but yeah. Still, you forgot (or haven't watched) a couple of important yuri shows: Candy Boy and Kuttsukiboshi. Both are really good. I also recommend the Sono Hanabira ni Kuchizuke wo - Anata to Koibito Tsunagi OVA if you aren't averse to some mild H.

Dragon in games -- there are gazillion medieval games with dragon in it
Pretty boy dancing -- there are thousand of pretty band boy that singing with auto-tune aid around.. plus that Bieber.
Gun and exploding cars -- I think this is a must in every action movie.
Soap opera -- the standard is love triangle, handsome lead, pretty protagonist, evil rival/stepmom/whoever, and scene of crying, crying and crying..
Nowadays, it hard to find original work, most of the time the theme is recycled material. If the entertainment start to be stale for you, its time to do something else.

This happens twice in the episode : first when she is handling a "large and thick" lance. The one in the beginning is when she needs assistance getting her armor on.
