    No kidding, Issei has his harem already guaranteed, and he not only managed to acquire it, but actually WANTS it, which is far more than can be said about most on that list. And not only did he get his harem, but he didn't do it through random falling on girls who then magically became attracted to him, he did it through being a total badass protecting and standing up for them. Issei is without a doubt the Harem King, the editor for the novels is just stalling the inevitable.

    He's saved or been there in a time of need for every one of the main girls. There are a few in the periphery from other groups that have a small amount of interest in him, but they're also well aware of the things he's done. He has a certain attracting charisma as a dragon, but without a doubt he won over the majority of his harem with his actions. After all, his personality works to drive off the majority of girls by default. The non-devil girls in his school all still despise him as a pervert, so the "dragon swag" only does so much for him.

    **SPOILERS**

    At the most recent point in the novels he's officially engaged to Rias, the other girls are basically sorting out their "place" in the harem, and he's collecting participants for his own evil piece (the chess pieces) team. The only reason he's not banging the whole group now is that the editor is holding the author back from writing it in. Whether that's out of fear of losing readers who want to see the girls stay "pure" or to keep the cockteasing going for as long as possible, who knows, but Issei has created and won his harem in every way except doing the final act.

    This is about the harem master and where Issei has the willingness Akatsuki has the skill and beats Issei in being able to create a harem. I would have put Keima as number 1 but he isn't doing it because he wants to but because he needs to so even though his skills are better then Akatsuki he doesn't want a harem.

    Honestly rather than Rito, who STILL runs in fear at the even the mention of "skinship", I'd rather have Momo on the list. She's the REAL Harem Master of ToLoveRu, or she would be if the material she had to work with wasn't obviously a herbivorous eunuch.

    Well, Rito himself might be a pussy, but there's no denying that the harem he miraculously managed to acquire is top notch. Momo seems to act more like his team manager. Besides, he's one of few characters who actually looks to be set on the harem route, which is more than I could say for the one character who ranked above him....

    Seriously, Kyousuke threw it all away for his bitchy sister. Doesn't help that the writing behind his reasoning is total bullshit.

    Heck Let's write about staying power here too! There's that link the a 2011 top ten and guess who aint there~ Infinite Stratos !! To have a '90s series whip recent shows is very telling on quality, hell Stratos is getting a retcon soon too and it didn't show up for it regardless!

    Araragi should've been #1 simply because he has his own Sister ready to spread for him and she is related to him by BLOOD~ and in this list I think he's the only one (outside of Ore no Imouto but we all saw how it ended.. so him pussing out is more clear then Araragi so far) who should be cresting the top here

    I also think Araragi should be at the top, he's one of the few who actually seems to be getting some... Sure the anime isn't really clear about it but I think Kanbaru raped him at one point and the moments with his sisters did end in a way that, at least to me, left an image of something happening afterwards... Also I think he's one of the few who goes and touches a girl on his own(Mayoi) instead of just relying on miraculous luck or lack of it.

    It's harem king. It depends how you define harem. Nobody said it had to be a harem he actually wanted or cared for, which he does anyway based on the situations. Under usual anime situations, that means he's that much more of a harem king.

    It really depends how this was judged. Keima is obviously the king to anyone who knows the stories of the characters in this list and is not an idiot if the judge is based on size, quality, and method. He is undefeatable. All the others on the list have the typical archetype harems. He has an arsenal.

    Even in the anime they are just resisting but will give in soon and from the above post they do. Him telling them off even though they are willing is part of making the harem since the more willing they are the more solid the harem will be.
