This list is pretty pointless and doesnt really tell you anything. Of course shows that are more popular will have higher drop rates because if there are more people watching, there will be more people who drop it.
Shows like Sparrows Hotel, which were complete and utter shit, hardly anyone even bothered watching, so there was hardly anyone to drop it.
I kind of wish we could stop getting these dumb lists as news, I just read about a bear mauling a monkey in a circus zoo show in China and I'm surprised it isnt here yet.
I bet you if there was a list of "Top 25 Spring Anime List" it would resemble this one.
Any "25 anime" list would involve naming ALL the relevant anime in a season.
This list could have been made meaningful, but it would have required a more advanced polling system with more effort from the participants. For example, having each participant select which anime they've watched, then which they've dropped. From that, you could gather the percentage of viewers (among survey participants) who dropped a particular anime, which could be considered meaningful data. Otherwise, without knowing how many of them watched a particular anime, the results are just useless noise.

All shows could have a similar drop rate, making the most watched the most dropped... Not saying they do, but something like this is always a factor to some extent if you're talking raw number of people who dropped each.

It may be illusionary, because the actual name is mentioned rarely, and the suspect descriptions could fit quite a lot of shows. Context is on your side probably, though.
