2 songs? Ali Pro's been around since 1988 and they made more than 30 original cds.
About their anime releases I do agree... Since Rozen Maiden's 1st op they started to make similar songs for each new anime op they had the chance to work in.
Every song sounds like a carbon copy of the other with that pseudo-middle-east sound shtick. At least, that's what it sounds to me.

doesn't look like a third season but a rewind, most likely following the manga now and not introducing an alternative story like the last one.

That demo reel makes it look like this new RM is a reboot, one that follows the manga storyline more closely. I saw several of the scenes that happened fairly early in the manga and were altered in the original anime.

I see Finance Minister and former PM Aso Taro, being a big Rozen Maiden fan himself, has ensured this series gets the green light for its anime sequel at last once his party came back to power last December.
