Dude, first of all QB was original a game book series, not a card game. And secondly your response didn't really even answer his question.
Rebellion was so different from the original series for a number of reasons. One reason was that it was directed by a new director and team. Another reason is that the environment of the story had changed from the whole tournament backdrop to the one of Rebellion, where we had old characters disappear or change and Claudette is the new Queen. Also, Rebellion had to use most of its season to re-establish the characters, mostly who are new. So, Rebellion would be much more enjoyable if they made a second season now that the first season has introduced everyone properly.
Personally, while Rebellion brought in some wonderful new characters, over all the roster wasn't as good as the original one, which had more variety and personality. I missed them too much to fully enjoy Rebellion. It's still good but the original series is better.
