That PV for the new anime is meh… nothing aspiring or “fresh” at all. They should of just kept the old design but then I shed tears as I see that PSX PV… sigh.

If she’s fully prosthetic, she should be able to change her voice at will. It makes sense that they would initially give her a voice and body that more closely fit her age, and allow her to move to a more mature appearance as she mentally matures.
