I see they are stretching the definition of “busty” yet again.

Though to be fair the not so busty characters in this list are at least bustier in relation to the rest of the cast of their respective animes.

I mean if there is an Anime full of A-cups wouldn’t you say that a C-cup is pretty busty in comparison?
