  I’ve been doing pretty okay actually. Also, you seem to misinterpret me. “Questioning Authority” doesn’t mean being an anarchist toolbag with no respect for those with greater experience. It’s realizing that everyone is in the end, merely human, and fully capable of mistakes. If one of your superiors is about to make a mistake that would ruin the company, you have every right (some would say duty even) to call him out on it and question his judgement on it.
