I think Saito’s black spot isn’t actually hair. It seems more like something attributed to his satellite up-link, since this is supposed to be earlier in the timeline and tech wouldn’t be as advanced it might show like that. Aramaki with color in his hair is just plain wrong. It actually wouldn’t look as bad if they made him salt & pepper haired. How about going back to the old system where half of every household did the work, and the other half did the house-work? Taking away what made a game unique isn’t “being innovative.” Final Fantasy fans didn’t want innovation, they wanted a good storyline and a gameplay system they’re familiar with that’s easy to use. Now personally, I’m a fan of the Crisis Core/Kingdom Hearts style of gameplay, but it has the inherit flaw of making every enemy seem either super weak, or incredibly overpowered.
