The second disc isn’t as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It does take a backseat on… well… playing the game to give you a large exposition. It let you see further inside some of the characters you’ve spent a lot of time with.
I wouldn’t ask for a remake of Xenogears. It is not perfect the way it is now, but I think a remake might hurt the game more than help it.

This must be a part of their ingenious plan to loose so much money that the fabric of space time is warped and they become rich.

since 2000? kingdom hearts 1&2 dragon quest 8 crisis core did good and was popular and somehow FF 12 and 13 are both in their top 5 all time sales games

Lol Squartle Penix pls, stop to maked more garbage FFs inspired in the shitt FF13, go back to the good rpgs like chrono, DQ, Valkyrie, and left die that mtf visual “mmo” called FF13.

Eh. I honestly cared more about Sazh than I did about anyone in the FF7 cast other than Aeris. FF7′s cast wasn’t that great, and FF13′s wasn’t that bad. What I do miss is caring whether I care. The Final Fantasy series name has long since stopped meaning anything other than “high budget game with pretty graphics” – that is literally the ONLY THING IT MEANS and that kind of makes me sad. I’ve spent eight years running a text-based MMORPG based on FF5/FF6/FF7/FFT/Chrono Trigger/Secret of Mana. I …

They have a long, long history of constantly finding new and exciting ways to disappoint fans’ expectations. Every Final Fantasy game ever made was, at the time, “a radical and total departure from the series which shouldn’t really be called Final Fantasy” except for FF9 and FF14.

Agreed. Some look worse in the after pictures. I’ve never been a fan of heavy makeup on women and these pictures tend to agree with me. :)

I’m sure they are all utterly disappointed by not getting to have sex with an ugly basement dweller such as yourself.
- Atlus Doomed as “Insolvent” Index Posts Huge Loss:
I know this only for japanese sales but I can’t help but get the feeling that squeenix and atlus’ insistence on catering to fans of american style games is a factor. rather than sticking to the niche that made them legendary they’re trying to turn into the companies that we were trying to get away from. they’re becoming those kids that went with a trend to be cool. at least working designs died with their integrity and cred intact.

Women all around the world use make-up to improve their appearance, the only difference is what each culture considers to be ‘beauty’. And if girls are terrible for doing it, what can be said about the guys who keep falling for it?
