Not it can not. Your comment, that just by having a healthy diet (&/or physical activities) will lead to all and any woman to be beautiful shows nothing but ignorant wishful thinking from simplistic concepts out of touch with reality typical of some naive young boy going through puberty.

Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, not on a pre-defined standard. Centuries ago your pre-conceptions of beautiful would not be true, as plump and voluptuous silhouettes were much more appraised and though of as beautiful and healthy to persuit motherhood, as she was before (If this story is really true and not just made up).

As for your ultimate goal, does it apply to you? Are you beautiful? Highly doubt it, are you economicly strong? (Would you survive unemployed without aid for say a year while sustaining a family?) Highly doubt it. So then, what are the self-righteous “ultimate goals” ill-conceived and unattainable notions you set for yourself? Besides having condescending and chauvinistic attitudes.
