There’s very little you can do about exploding fireworks anyway. In the country where I live (somewhere in Western Europe) there have in recent memory been a fireworks explosion and a gunpowder explosion. Both felled a city block. You cannot engineer against that, and even if you could, the cost would be unjustifiable.
